It is located on the outskirts of a small village near Motovun. The place is wonderful for guests looking for peace and quiet, but also for guests who want an active holiday. In the immediate vicinity of the house runs the famous railway Parenzana with bridges and tunnels, which connected Poreč and Trieste and which today has been adapted into a beautiful cycle path.
