This vacation rental boasts a private property spanning 1,500 m2 with a lawn, trees, and an angular swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm) with an internal staircase, available seasonally from May 1st to September 30th. The property offers various amenities such as a paddling pool, outdoor shower, volleyball court, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing, sandbox), and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Outdoors The property features a spacious outdoor area with a lawn, trees, and a seasonal swimming pool. The angular pool measures 9 x 4 meters with a depth of 150 cm and is equipped with an internal staircase, available from May 1st to September 30th. There are three bedrooms on this level, each equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. Additionally, there is an open kitchen with various appliances, including a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower/WC is also available on this level. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, has a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. This level also has an exit leading to a balcony. There is one bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with an en-suite shower/WC and access to the balcony. A kitchenette with two ceramic glass hob hotplates is also present on this level.
