The living room has recently been furnished with a wide, comfortable leather sofa in a modern design with high seating comfort. In addition, the dining chairs (real leather) and the balcony were newly furnished (teak table and comfortable rattan chairs with armrests). The apartment is rounded off by the extensively equipped kitchen, which was completely equipped with new appliances in 2018: ceramic hob, oven (with 5 types of heating), extra quiet dishwasher, head-free hood and fridge with freezer compartment. Bath in a maritime design with bathtub - pure wellness. Shops, fine dining restaurants and promenade with playground, mini golf and nature conservation center in the immediate vicinity, Bäderbahn in 5 minutes.
