Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mir haben z.B. El hotel tiene información FALSA, dice que tiene alberca y no la hay. Dice que las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado Y NO TIENEN!! Tambien dice que tienen un ventilador, bajé a recepción a pedir uno y me dijeron que no, que no habia nada de eso. No me resolvieron nada, en plena temporada de calor y la habitacion sin nada de aire ni ventilador y no me quisieron esolver nada AUN CUÁNDO AL RESERVAR DICE QUE SI TIENEN TODO ESO! Las camas estan DURAS y las almohadas parece que nomas tienen 1gramo de relleno, estan super incomodas Al llegar fueron muy prepotentes al hacer check in, nos revisaron como si fueran aduana y la verdad en ningún hotel nos ha pasado eso.
