You can park your car in the garage and you can leave it there too as the bus stop is in front of the house and skiing and going out in the cosy centre are within walking distance. Your luxurious and spacious apartment is fully equipped. Three bedrooms with lovely double beds, and two bathrooms offer you every comfort

Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding. Kaprun is surrounded by no fewer than three ski areas, including the Kitzsteinhorn glacier area. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round. From the village, the modern ski lift goes directly to the glacier area !
For more ski fun, this region is also connected to the Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn ski areas. That means 408 piste kilometres with just 1 ski pass.
