In the house: internet access, WiFi, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, drying room, ski boot dryer. 250 m long motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 350 m, bakery 850 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "See Elis" 290 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 14.5 km, thermal baths "Silvretta Therme Ischgl" 17 km, bathing lake "See" 350 m. Tennis 350 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski rental 850 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school, children's ski school, sled run 850 m, ice rink 350 m, children's playground 400 m. Nearby attractions: Silvretta Hochalpenstraße 30 km, Silvretta Therme Ischgl 17 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ischgl 17 km, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 35 km, St. Anton 27 km.
