This holiday home, built in 1999, is located about 700 m from the center, on the main road to Ischgl. The house is therefore very easy to reach even in winter weather conditions. The location is perfect, with the Kappl ski area just 700 m from the house. The ski bus to Ischgl stops just a few steps from the house. Kappl is a charming village in the Paznaun Valley with excellent skiing facilities, including 42 km of groomed slopes and modern lifts. In the summer you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking. The village also offers a range of restaurants and fun events. The house is luxuriously furnished and equipped with a lovely balcony where you can start the days relaxed with a fresh cup of coffee.
