Very beautiful, cosy house "Erna". In the district of Hof 2 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Hof" 60 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 22.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.  
"Erna", 4-room apartment 73 m2, on the top floor. Modern and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine) with satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Carpet. Balcony, lawn. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: safe, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
