Holiday Home no. 707 is a luxurious summer house located in the new resort development of Olpenitz, near Kappeln in Northern Germany. The house can accommodate up to 20 people and three pets, making it perfect for large family gatherings. The property boasts an activity room equipped with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 4, along with a bar and fridge for refreshments. For relaxation, there\\'s an indoor pool room featuring a large swimming pool with a water slide, counter-current system, Roman steps, a whirlpool, and a sauna. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and living area, equipped with two dishwashers, two cookers, two sinks, and ample fridge and freezer space. The dining area can seat all 20 guests, and there\\'s a cozy sofa area with a television and a wood-burning stove.
