A stove, a wellness sauna, a whirlpool and the large terrace make holidaymakers' hearts beat faster. This lovingly furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms is located in the immediate waterfront at the quay of the new Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, probably the most beautiful place on the Baltic Sea. In a direct location at the harbor basin, the high-quality apartment offers you a spacious and light-flooded living / dining area. Due to the unobstructed location and the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy a unique panorama with a view of the Baltic Sea, the port of Olpenitz and the Schlei. In the first-class kitchen you can prepare regional specialties yourself and spoil yourself with culinary delights. Alternatively to the stove or You can also use our cooktop with our Weber grill. The built-in fireplace in the living room not only warms the apartment comfortably on cooler days, but also the hearts of the residents. The adjoining dining area with open kitchen not only offers space for the whole family. In the middle of the upper floor there is a second bathroom with shower. The spacious apartment "Kap Mar 2" extends with a living space of approx. 97 m² over 2 floors, from the upper floor to the attic. The large window areas allow enough light to enter the apartment so that it is bright and inviting at all times of the day. The center of the apartment is the upper floor, which is designed like a loft, so that all rooms flow into one another. The spacious and inviting living room offers an incomparable view of nature and is therefore the ideal meeting point for a cozy get-together. The adjoining hallway area is initially lined with an inviting wellness bath with whirlpool, sauna and washing machine and then with 2 bedrooms. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst und hatten viel zu viel mit (was sonst immer in anderen Wohnungen fehlt). Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön. Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Baujahr ist 2018 und es sieht immernoch alles super aus. Keine angestoßenen Ecken oder Flecken. Die Betten sind gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn die saune „nur eine Infrarot Sauna“ ist, war sie trotzdem sehr angenehm. Auch die Whirlwanne haben wir genutzt und es war sogar Platz für 2 Personen. Insgesamt echte Empfehlung. Wir waren im März da - leider war drumherum noch nicht viel los und nur der lokale Italiener sowie Edeka hatte auf. Dennoch hat uns das Resort gut gefallen! ##### Silke H.
