Alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, einschließlich Trockner und Spülmaschine. Der Boden wackelt allerdings etwas und der Geruch ist ein bisschen seltsam. Es war coronabedingt ab 22 Uhr abends auch totenstill. Zu normalen Bedingungen könnte es ggf. abends laut sein. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist etwas steil. Die Lage ist zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad erreichen. Leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
