OG eines Appartmenthauses gelegen (Aufzug vorhanden), verfügt die Ferienwohnung über einen Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen, wo man genüsslich auch mal eine rauchen kann (Aschenbecher vorhanden) ;-). Beim EDEKA nebenan lassen sich bequem die eigenen Einkäufe erledigen und in direkter Nachbarschaft befinden sich zudem ein italienisches Restaurant (Reservierung dringend empfohlen!) sowie die "Schlei-Bar", in welcher man ein kühles Flens sowie diverse Souvenir-Artikel (insbesondere "Schlei-Enten", die stehen hier sehr hoch im Kurs!) erwerben kann.
