The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger. Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth: an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool tub invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach. Passing sailing ships add to the flair of this holiday home and create a maritime atmosphere. You can't get any closer to the sea. Spectacular views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a convivial barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner. On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right by the sea, pure holiday feeling. Wi-Fi and Smart TV also provide indoor entertainment. The two bedrooms each have access to their own small terrace and are furnished with a double bed. Underfloor heating, whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort all year round. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger by the sea. There is a private car park and bicycle shed in front of the house. The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor. Our favourite spot: Sitting on the terrace with a sundowner, listening to the water lapping against the gentle Baltic Sea breeze and watching the sailing boats enter the harbour. Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Alle nötigen Geräte für das Reisen mit einem Kleinkind waren vorhanden. Neben einer modernen Küche haben wir vor allem das Bad mit Whirlwanne und Infrarotkabine genossen. Beim Frühstück auf das Wasser zu blicken und die Boote passieren zu sehen, war herrlich. Bei gutem Wetter auf der Terrasse, bei schlechtem Wetter auch von drinnen. Ein kleines Highlight war der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse! Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder und hoffen dann auf mehr Glück mit dem Wetter! ##### Eva C.
