Beds were very comfortable. Views of the pool, ocean and golf course were very nice. Kitchen was nice and appliances worked great. Well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and dishes. The unit had beach gear and a couple of coolers that came in handy for trips to Costco or long drives. It was very quiet this time of year (Oct) which was great. The washer and dryer was very useful and the lanai was where we spent a lot of time relaxing. It was too hot in the afternoon to sit on the lanai, but the mornings and around sunset were very pleasant. The Bluetooth stereo was great for playing some island tunes. Parking was conveniently located to the elevators and the elevators were fast and efficient compared to other hotels in the area. There are no restaurants on site, however it’s only about a 10 min walk to some really great restaurants at the neighboring resorts. Very good location that is close to golf, shopping, restaurants and snorkel activities (Lagoon 4 harbor). The owner was easy to work with and very helpful.The lanai is not as private as it appears in the photos, as it’s a corner unit with an adjacent lanai from the neighbors in view. It’s located in an excellent area and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.The villa is clean and very well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including all necessary dishes, pans, etc.. The appliances are top-quality and in excellent condition. There’s also plenty of gear for swimming and keeping the kids entertained.The bedrooms are spacious and feature comfortable king-sized beds. The open-plan living and kitchen area is perfect for spending time together. We also appreciated how quiet the air conditioning was—there are two units, one for the living room and one for the bedrooms, which makes it easy to keep the whole space comfortable.One of our favorite features was the large balcony. It’s always in the shade, has a great view, and is perfect for relaxing any time of day. The villa also has smart TVs in both the living room and bedrooms, as well as wireless chargers for phones and watches, which was a nice touch.Overall, this is a beautiful villa in great condition.
