Our fully equipped luxury 15th-floor penthouse is located in the Ocean Tower of the KoOlina Beach Villas. Our villa is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people (no exceptions). Gorgeous ocean and mountain views await you! The custom-designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances, which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. We provide free high speed wifi, 3 large flat screen smart TV's in every room and other high-end amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. For your peace of mind, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security. Upon arrival Neal gave us a thorough tour of the grounds and the unit so that we knew where everything was. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We had trouble getting any of the bathroom hand soap dispensers to pump out any soap, but otherwise everything worked well. The view off the lanai was magnificent and the highlight of the stay. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean with a nice view of the ocean. The property was impressive. Our baby enjoyed the safety of the kiddie pool and lagoon. Our in-laws enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai. The villa itself was very spacious and we appreciated all the thought put into providing essentials for vacationers. We would definitely book again and Sherry was wonderful with communications and helping us get formula for our baby upon arrival. Sherry and Neal were very helpful leading up to our stay and in getting us oriented. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The snorkel gear was a little worse for wear and didn’t fit most of us, but it was easy to buy/rent others, so it wasn’t a big deal. Being on the lagoon is perfect! It was everything I hoped for. The balcony looks out onto a beautiful lagoon and beach which was never crowded. The condo was nicely furnished and the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable.
