A highly desirable 2 bedroom villa, it has Hawaiian decor with a beautiful layout, including large dining and living areas. New luxury living room furnishings. Bedrooms and ensuite bath wings are on opposite sides of the main living area for max privacy. It boasts a well equipped kitchen with a huge center island, designed by Roy Yamaguchi. Located on the 2nd floor of the front (Beach Tower) building of the Ko Olina Beach Villas, this condo is steps away from the Pacific Ocean and walkway connecting all the ocean front properties within the Ko Olina Resort. Truly a one of a kind property, the Beach Villas are the newest and only beachfront condominiums available on the island in 25 years. Located just 20 minutes west of Honolulu airport and minutes from shopping in Kapolei, the Beach Villlas offer 5 Star world-class serenity and elegance without sacrificing convenience. This villa has been beautifully upgraded and immaculately maintained and offers an expansive lanai with gorgeous ocean and beach/lagoon view, perfect for watching the evening sunset. This side of the building is very quiet. This villa offers flat-screen tv’s (including ipod doc) and all beach supplies including beach towels and chairs. The gourmet kitchen, designed by master chef Roy Yamaguchi includes premium appliances by Wolf, Subzero and Fisher Paykel, and a Bosch washer & dryer are provided for your convenience. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet and wall mounted flat screen tv. The master bath includes a double vanity, large shower and soaking tub. The guest room includes two twin beds and a full bath with soaking tub (the two beds can be arranged as a king if requested in advance). The supplies are generous (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc). The location is PERFECT. The view from the Lanai is exactly as shown...you can see the lagoon and see waves splash against the surfbreak sometimes. Sunsets are stunning - we watched every night from lanai. It is easy to walk down to the lagoon or the pools. Gardens are immaculately maintained.Ko'Olina is a wonderful area. Much quieter than Waikiki, the lagoon water is easy to swim in.The ocean walkway to the other resorts is pretty & makes it easy to get to the restaurants at the Marriott, Aulani or Four Seasons.The Front desk is super friendly and efficient. And the Property Manager is the BEST manager I have ever interfaced with. Joan is totally on top of things and very helpful.We enjoyed eating in for breakfast and sometimes other meals. We went out to the other resorts and to Roy's at the golf course (get the butterfish! Amazing!) and to Monkey Pod at the little shopping area. Nearby in Kapolei is Island Vintage Coffee...it is SO MUCH MORE than a coffee shop. Fabulous breakfasts and meals! GF and vegan options. Portion sizes are huge. Their Braised Rib Loco Moco is enough to split and was our favorite Loco Moco that we had anywhere - and we tried quite a few. The nearby Kapolei area has a lot of services & shopping. The villa was immaculate, check in easy, beds super comfortable. We used the parking which was super convenient. We had a Ford Bronco and it fit fine. My 5yr old slept great on the inflatable toddler mattress. The view from the villa was nothing short of amazing, so were the amenities of the complex. The pool bar had a great view and had live music most nights. We used the washing machine and dryer in the villa daily. My kids enjoyed feeding the fish each day at the pond and playing in the resort pool. Pool chairs were always available. The adjoining lagoon was ideal for young families, there was even a bit of reef for snorkeling. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and come stay in Ko Olina. The view from B206 is breathtaking. The lanai is ideal for your morning coffee, afternoon snack, and nightcap. No need to purchase beach gear as the condo is stocked with your necessities. The host and greeter were amazing to work with. Inside: The condo provides the feel of welcoming with warmth and comfort just like being at home..beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with essentials and most importantly the home was so clean!! Outside: Ah! Where to start..sitting in the lani provides breathtaking views especially of the sunset. We enjoyed the quiet moments to read, have a cup of coffee reminiscing about the day or simply be at one with God on the comfortable patio chairs. The beautiful lush grounds offers beautiful walking trails to enjoy the fresh breeze whether day or night, a skip and a hop to the beach 🏝️, shopping so close without disturbing the integrity of relaxation … Gosh my list can go on and on and on how beautiful this place is. So I say, click the button, lock in your dates and experience creating your special memories for yourself, this place will not disappoint. Can’t wait to return next year .. The apartment was very clean with all amenities included. Communication with the owner was very straightforward. They provided full instructions to the place. Nice second floor partial view of the adjacent lagoon. Appliances were all fully functional. Lagoon pool and the bar on site were a plus. Grounds are very quiet, ideal for families. No issues. This was my fourth time visiting Hawai’i, but my first time staying at the villas. The property manager answered all of my questions prior to reserving this unit and made sure we had everything needed once we arrived. The property grounds were immaculate and the condo was clean. My only recommendation is a cordless vacuum to help with the sand. We stayed for two weeks and sweeping the floors with a broom 1-3 times a day did take awhile. I am very particular about cleanliness and tidiness and I was impressed with how clean, spacious and tidy the unit was. The lagoon view from the lanai (patio) was breathtaking! My six and three year old loved spending time in this space. They also loved the pool areas and the lagoon is perfect for little ones as you don’t have to worry about waves.
