Electrostatic Sprayer (awaiting delivery), UVC Sanitizing Wand and UVC Sanitizing Box are utilized as a standard apparatus for every checkout. Each check-out will be sanitized with the electrostatic spray to avoid cross contamination. 3\. Check-In Services: Check in service will be arranged by Premier accordingly. Contactless check in can be arranged as an option. Greeter will collect and deliver luggage directly to the unit and provide voice or document orientation. 4\. We routinely have pesticide sprayed quarterly with a 24-hour period before anyone can be in the villa. Most tropical Islands have pests and fortunately we’ve have only minimal critters in the villa. We can control them, but unfortunately it very difficult to completely eradicate them. 5\. You'll have an assigned, underground parking stall. If you need an additional parking stall (if you'll perhaps have 2 rental cars), you will pay a nominal fee of $25 at the front lobby upon check-in. This fee will cover the entire duration of your reservation at Beach Villas for the extra stall. The extra stall will be an above ground parking space. You'll also be required to pay Hawaii occupancy state tax of 17.96%, which is required at any accommodation in HI. It had everything we needed and more. The owner of our villa was very helpful and accommodating.
