Needs work.
The villa I rented had dirty sheets that smelled with dirty brown stains on them. The air conditioner did not work nor did the refrigerator. I contacted the maintenance person who arrived several hours later. He spent a lot of time repairing the issues. It was 80 degrees in the room and humidity over 40. I think it was 45 but I’m not a hundred percent sure. The washer and dryer are small and both had issues. The washer appeared to start only for me to return to unwashed clothing. The dryer took forever and a day to dry our clothing. The owner of the unit gives a very small bottle of detergent. The bed I slept on gave my back and hip pain but that could just be me. The main sitting area tv had Netflix, Disney+ etc buy the bedroom tv did not. In all honesty I will not be staying in this villa or any other villa on this property. The pool is beautiful and the drinks from the bar are delicious . The staff is very nice and informative. The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained. Loved that beach access is a quick walk. The villas are located near Costco, snorkeling, and Starbucks.

The property is beautiful, beachfront resort. Great location! The unit had all the amenities you need for a long-term stay. The only thing I was disappointed with was check-out was at 10 AM. We will definitely stay here again.

First Oahu Trip!
This property was in a great location. We had three kids with us ranging in age from 4yr to 17 yr. They all had options on the property to do things. Use the gym and swim in the kids pool. The lagoons outside the property on the beaches were amazing. The pictures were so accurate!

Overall great for a family, but property needs a little updating!
We enjoyed our stay at the Villas. Overall, the resort and location were perfect for our family of 6. The condo itself could use a little TLC. The appliances didn't work as well as they should, and when I called to report my concerns, I was told that they knew what I was reporting, but just to hit rinse again (on the dishwasher in regards to standing water). They could also use additional pots and pans and dishes (specifically ones that are pool and beach friendly). The water pressure in the master bathroom shower was too low, and the tub wouldn't fill in a timely manner. Do not count on any "extra" kitchen items being there when you arrive, such as spices or plastic bags. Little things, but with so many condos at this resort available, we will definitely shop around if we were to return.

Fantastic!
Our family of 6 (my husband and me, 2 teens and grandparents) stayed at condo OT-210 from 1/1-1/8. The property was exactly as described and couldn't have been more wonderful. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, very well maintained and spacious. The views out the condo were lovely - the mountains, palms and a peek ocean view. The condo comes with a spot underground to park. A previous review had indicated it was a bit of a walk since the parking spot is under the beach front tower. It definitely wasn't too far away, but since we knew we would be travelling around the island a lot, we asked for a closer spot and we were reassigned to an outside/guest spot right outside the condo and it was perfect. The grounds and beach were IMMACULATE and the staff very friendly. The tiki bar was perfect for a cocktail and a little snack, but we utilized the condo kitchen and walked to nearby restaurants for most meals when we were on property (Longboards at the Marriott had great ocean front casual dining). The pools looked beautiful and very tropical, but we spent all of our time on the amazing beach. The beach chairs in the condo were sure put to good use! We will be back!
