Beach Tower villa 209 has a spectacular view of the sunset! Its location is superior to all other units in the complex because it is truly beachfront. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, two very comfortable sofas and a beautiful dining area. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors, a large tub and shower. Bath 2 also has a large bathtub and shower. This Villa is private and quiet and is shielded from pool noise. This is a "First Class" villa that has been lovingly maintained and furnished with comfort in mind. Relax and lounge on the deck in this coveted private location with one of the most spectacular views on the island. This villa is great for families or couples looking to get away! Photographs are of the actual villa. \- 1,575 sq ft of living space! \- Large lanai with beautiful table, 4 chairs and a chaise. \- Private and closest location to the beach. \- Ocean views from every room! \- 75" Samsung Smart TVs in great room and in the primary bedroom. \- 50” TV in bedroom 2 with Spectrum Cable TV. \- Complimentary fast wireless internet. \- Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board inside the villa. \- Central air conditioning with a de-humidifier and a heater. \- Ceiling fans in the living room and all the bedrooms. \- Community BBQs located by the pool. \- King size bed in primary bedroom, king size bed or two extra-long twins in bedroom 2\. We also manage 2-bedroom villa 503 in the Ocean Tower and 3-bedroom villa 207 in the Beach Tower. Please NO smoking or pets! 2022/ELOG-2340(ZS) It is uncommon, but if anything in the villa is not working, we will order an immediate repair or replacement. Minor repairs are normally fixed by the day after you inform us. Repairs to major appliances such as air conditioning, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven can take several days to a week, and on a few occasions even longer if parts are not available on the Island. We will refund 10% of the nightly rent, (not including tax) for each night the air conditioning does not work, and $30/nt for a non-working washer, dryer, or fridge, $20/nt for a non-working dishwasher, cooktop, or oven; and also do whatever we can to help during the outage. We have portable cooktops, a mini fridge, and fans in our storage room and will loan them to you if they are available. You could not ask for a better location or view in Ko Olina. It was exactly as pictured and supplied everything you could need. Communication was great and check-in/check-out was a breeze. A great location for exploring the island or just hanging out at the beach. The lagoon was private and perfect for our vacation. This is by far the best property at the Ko'Olina Villas. Me and my wife spent 16 days at the beach tower and it was worth every penny. It is close to all the essential areas, businesses, and the beach view made it a no'm-brainer. The villas also give you an extra peace of mind in safety and security with lots of protections in place to ensure only guests have access to indoor and outdoor portions of the towers. Chris takes very good care of the property and it is clean and well maintained. So many useful appliances and comfortable living space to make you feel at home. Our family had such a wonderful stay at this condo! It was exactly as described. It’s well stocked and has everything you might need for cooking big meals. It’s very spacious and comfortable. The views are even better than the photos! It’s on the best lagoon, the beach was never too crowded. The grounds are really nice. The lap pool is heated (nice surprise) and the complex is very clean and quiet. We will definitely be returning soon! ##### Kara E. The location is wonderful. To wake up to the views each morning and close the days with the sunsets is truly paradise. The lagoon was great for our son to learn to boogie board! The pool was a little on the cool side for us but the beach and pool never seemed crowded which was nice. Chris was great to make sure we were set before we left and there for any minor questions during the stay. There is live music each night which we enjoyed while having dinner on our lanai A market and shops within walking distance . I truly recommend this property for your next vacation! ##### Amy P. The views were spectacular, but the villa was equally fantastic. Very clean, and well stocked with everything you could possible need. Chris was very easy to work with. We knew from the listing phots that this property was going to be beautiful but the pictures didn't do it justice. The property is beyond amazing.
