Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa has been carefully furnished with comfort in mind, so you can truly relax and feel at home from the moment you arrive. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances (including a wine cooler), fresh linens throughout, and thoughtful touches in every room. The Master Suite has a king bed and its own lanai access, while the second bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted to a king if you prefer. Both bedrooms include TVs and ceiling fans for your comfort. Step outside onto the lanai and enjoy peaceful views of the pool with the ocean just beyond. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina offer so much to enjoy during your stay — lagoon-style pools, jacuzzis, koi ponds, tropical gardens, a fitness center with sauna and steam room, and of course, the Makai Hale Beach Bar for a refreshing drink after the beach. Beyond the resort, you’ll discover everything Ko Olina has to offer: world-class golf, sailing and whale watching at the marina, spa days at the Four Seasons or Aulani, and dining options from casual favorites like Monkeypod and Eggs ’n Things to the island classic, Roy’s. Welcome home. 🌴✨ Summary House Rules (subject to updates) • Only registered paying rental guests, Owners, and Owners registered guests are allowed in common areas such as pool & spa areas, BBQ areas, and Fitness Center, or in private Villas. • The total persons allowed in villa is six. • NO SMOKING (including e-cigarettes) in the Villa, on open lanais and common areas. • Towels or clothes may not be draped over railings and furniture on the lanai and no overnight sleeping, drying racks, toys, or beach equipment, etc. may be left on lanais. • Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls within the lines and display a valid parking permit. If your vehicle is too large to fit in your stall, please see the front desk. • No excessive noise or nuisances are allowed anywhere on the premises which may disturb the comfort and quiet enjoyment of others. • Garbage must be tied up in trash bags before dropping down the trash chute. Large trash and recyclables may be taken to the receptacles on the ground floor. No items may be left in the hallways, ie. garbage, footwear, beach equipment. • Recreational Facilities are for the exclusive use of registered owners and guests. Pools/Spas: • No LIFEGUARDS are on DUTY use at your own risk. • Only persons who are able to swim or are directly supervised by competent swimmers are permitted to enter the pools. • No diving, jumping, running, horseplay, ball throwing or unsafe behavior at any time. • No boogie boards, air mattresses, or large flotation devices. Swimming aids are fine. • No person subject to involuntary bodily function discharges is permitted to use the pools without effective swim diaper protection. • Any person with an infectious or communicable disease should not use the pools/spas. • No glassware/other breakable items are allowed on the pool decks or BBQ areas. No food and beverage is allowed in the pools or spas. • Poolside furniture is on a first-come/first-serve basis; items may not be “reserved” and unattended items will be removed after 30 minutes. The host is a five star communicator. Went above and beyond to make sure we were all set and good to go. The villa is at the best location. You are a short stroll away from the beach that isn’t packed, yet is perfect for any age. The distance to shops, cafes and restaurants is a short walk away. We brought 2 teenage girls with us and they absolutely loved it. If that doesn’t speak volumes, about this place then nothing will! Book this place. You will not regret. Rather you’ll start planning the next time you’ll be staying there. We created lasting memories! Your home was perfectly setup. We loved the kitchen and it had everything we needed eating choices on the patio, at the dining table, or on the stools at the counter were great. We really appreciated all the bath towels as well as the pool towels. The beds were very comfortable and the cans in each room were perfect. Having a vacuum, mop, and laundry facilities in the room made it easy to keep everything clean which brings peace for me on a trip. The facilities were also great, nice bbqs, toddler pool was a huge hit and the lagoon perfect and very quiet compared to neighboring properties.If I was searching for something that would have improved the stay, although really not necessary, would be softer comforter/top quilt on the beds. Size of unit was perfect. We mainly were at the beach but coffee on the lanai every morning, waking up to the birds was fantastic. There were chairs, a wagon, and beach towels which were so helpful as we boring the stuff down to the beach. Beach was not crowded and we could always find a spot. Beach bar was nice and the sunsets every evening at 6p were to die for! Only drawback was that the echo of the other people in the morning on their lanais— but you get used to it and everyone is very respectful. Would definitely book again at the same location! Eli is such a great host and we found everything to be perfect for our family of four. The place is well supplied and kitchen makes it easy to prep some meals. There’s a blender, rice cooker, toaster. It’s all been thought of. Our favorite was lounging in the lanai and feeling the breeze. Ko Olina Beach Villas is the perfect spot. 3 minutes from Starbucks, 10 minutes from craft coffee, Target and Costco, 30 Minutes from Honolulu, 45 minutes to North Shore. It's quiet but family friendly, and a pleasant stroll along the water to any number of excellent restaurants at Marriot and Four Seasons. The unit was impeccable, and way more than we expected. The tiniest details have been considered, down to chopsticks and corkscrews, as well as a full complement of beach accessories. Eli was a great host - we received a personal phone call before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed, and the Beach Villas staff were beyond amazing as well.
