Once you check into your 15th floor 180-degree panoramic ocean & mountain view Penthouse, your dream vacation experience has just started! Because we understand how the first day of traveling can be challenging, we’ve got your back with a Basket of Goodies for everyone to enjoy. Take a moment and sit back on your balcony, relax while you enjoy the picturesque scene before your adventure begins.

Our 15th floor penthouse is extremely private with only 4 villas on the floor. You have an abundance of deluxe amenities including plush towels, super soft bedding, bathroom niceties, oversized beach towels, full-size washer/dryer, signature state-of-the-art kitchens designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, Sub-Zero, Wolf appliances, granite countertops and all the appliances and kitchenware needed to serve a gourmet dinner or prepare afternoon snacks.

The resort features an oversized quiet lap pool, lagoon pools, sand-bottom pool for the kids to enjoy, spas, dry sauna and steam room, koi ponds, Makai Hale Beach Bar, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor barbecues and a smoke-free premise. Plus, just a hop, skip and jump to the beach.

Location, Location, Location: Famous for its mild tropical climate, Ko Olina is located on the sunniest side of Oahu, and only 21 miles from the Honolulu airport. This paradise community is home to only 3 other deluxe resorts. Take a stroll to Ko Olina Center’s Collection to visit several unique shops, variety of restaurants, and the Island Country Market. Or, take a short drive to Kapolei Shopping Center for brand stores (Costco, Target), local merchants, plenty of dining options and entertainment!

Advance emails from Holly (owner Rep) were very detailed. All above expectations. Villa well-furnished along with indoor parking and secure entrance. From lanai, the 15th floor view of pools, lovely grounds, beautiful Pacific was spectacular especially at sunset. Compared to nearby resorts, beach had a private-like feeling. Golf course across street & resort just a 30 min drive to many Oahu island attractions. Complimentary late check-out was perfect. We live in a community of 1,100 homes and have posted many details on website for future travelers.

Absolutely amazing place. Family of four with a 3 and 6 year old and we all loved the place. Great location and quick walking access to restaurants at adjacent hotels too along the beach walking path (Aulani, 4 Seasons and Marriott). Place was well equipped for making our own breakfast and some dinners. Costco and other grocery stores just 10 to 15 minutes away.

Outstanding Vacation in Oahu!

Our 8 day stay in this condo was amazing! It had everything we could have asked for. The beach gear provided, especially the chairs and umbrella really came in handy! I can't even begin to describe the view from our lanai...except I think every one of us had tears in our eyes when we had to leave.

Wonderful stay with beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our time here, and the view was amazing. The hvac unit for the master bedroom was a bit noisy but we just left the door open and used the cooling for the rest of the unit. There is one more floor above but we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The location is convenient though the traffic from Honolulu gets pretty bad during the afternoon, but it is worth it to be in a location that is not crowded with a beautiful beach and lagoon that never got crowded even during peak spring break.

The Best!

We had the best time at this property. The Condo is amazing, the views are spectacular, and the host was absolutely gracious and wonderful. The property has adult pools, tiki bar, and private lagoon beach with rentable cabanas and umbrella chairs. The area of Ko Olina is super nice, surrounded by resorts and nice restaurants. We loved the amenities of the unit as well, which offered an ice chest, wagon, beach gear, and towels. The washer/dryer in the unit was super convenient as well. We just can't say enough good things about our experience. Best Hawaii vacation ever!

Beautiful Property and Great Location

Very clean with great views. Location is perfect if you are looking to stay away from the Waikiki crowds but still be close enough to take a short trip into Town to support the local businesses. Highly recommended.

A nice condo

The condos are very nice. If you want to be in Ko Olina this is where to be. Smaller than the other major resorts in the area. There are two buildings, the Beach and the Ocean. This is the Beach and is behind the Ocean. We met many owners while there. They gave us the plus and minus of each building. I would also state Penthouse is used for floor 10-16 (no 13 floor). As this condo is on the 15th floor you will have people above you. The first couple of days we didn't have people above us but last couple we did and it does make a difference. Noise travels from balcony to balcony very easily. Condo is as advertised. There are a ton of beach things at the condo so be sure to look before you buy anything. Do note NO umbrellas are allowed in the lagoons so don't bother dragging them to the beach. There are rules for the condo for parking, towels on patios, etc. It didn't bother us but many guests were complaining about it while we were there. The workout room is well-appointed. I enjoyed the wet and dry saunas in the ladies locker room. Every night there was a singer song writer at the little bar. Usually, we could year it from the patio. As others had mentioned no restaurant on site but that was a big deal for us. In the main bedroom there is a closet that has HVAC and it can be loud. I got ear plugs and it was no longer an issue. We had a bit of an issue checking in but mistakes happen. Not that big of deal except made a long day of travel a bit longer.

The accommodation was nice but the heat pump and air conditioning unit were very loud and bothersome when trying to sleep. The unit could have been better supplied. I have stayed at Ko Olina before but a different condo. Much better stocked.

Amazing

Everything was exactly what was told to us…just an amazing penthouse and location. Views of the lagoon were breathtaking and amenities were perfect for our family. The gourmet kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. Our family utilized the washer and dryer, King-size aerobed, beach towels, big-screen TV for movie nights and many more things that was available to us. We had a wonderful time and will cherish the many fun memories we made staying at this beautiful place. Mahalo plenty!!!
