Conveniently close to shops, grocery market, restaurants, and Coconut Coast. The condo is centrally located in Kauai's eclectic town of Kapa'a making it easy to visit the North and West side of the island. A spectacular beachfront condo offers breathtaking views of the ocean and is centrally located in the popular Kauai nostalgic town of Kapa’a. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 full and a 1/2 bath allowing extra space to freshen up. For your convenience and comfort, the condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and air conditioning, free WiFi, cable and smart TV. Complete with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels so you are ready to hit the beach upon arrival. Good thing the beach is steps from the condo. You will love taking your morning cup of coffee on the beach as you watch the inspiring sunrise and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. The condo shares a common door with the next door studio. Many Kapaa shops and food truck walking North.Pool was heated warm enough. Good AC in this unit. Building has an elevator! For moving in and out. First time renting a condo. It was on the second floor. Ceilings super thin. Could hear all footsteps upstairs. Night owls. Property as pictured, older property, Could use a good coat of paint.
