Please know we are awaiting your arrival at Lae Nani and have taken extra precautions in our cleaning methods with Covid infection in mind. Are you ready to relax?! Come to Kauai and stay at Lae Nani 513! Whether you want to lay on the beach all day, or explore the island, this condo is your gateway to paradise. Located on the ground floor and full of luxurious amenities, you can spend your whole vacation right here if you want. All resort fees/parking/WIFI included (and that can all add up!) Just a quick uber drive from the airport you can skip the rental car and walk to shopping, restaurants and more! A rental car facility is also just a 4 min walk if you want to explore the island. Parking is included, no extra fee. Not all beaches in Kauai are swim-able or walkable (due to ironwood droppings, strong currents, and crashing waves) but Lae Nani’s beach is perfect! Swim out to the waves and snorkel by the coral reef (snorkel gear also available in our FUN closet) or float in the tide pool or the protected ocean rock lava pool. This beach is safe and swim-able for all, which really makes a difference. Prefer a heated pool? We have that too. Lae Nani also boasts a tennis court, on site BBQ’s (mmmm is fresh mahi-mahi calling your name?) and onsite laundry facilities (don't go home with wet dirty clothes. Feel free to pack less and travel light knowing washing is easy.) Lae Nani 513 has a new updated kitchen, so you can actually cook! Fully stocked even with some spices, makes enjoying meals at home easy, and once you’re on island time, you may not want to go anywhere! Want a little TV? We have two in the condo, with recordable DVR, Netflix, Amazon Prime access etc. Watch TV from a comfortable sectional while watching the waves! High speed WIFI is included, and a convenient docking station for electronics is on the desk. Lae Nani building 5 is far from the parking lot noise, quiet and peaceful. Sleep soundly on a luxury King mattress in the master bedroom, dry your towels on a towel warmer, and spoil yourself with slow days. The ocean breezes keep the condo cool, but just in case you mind the heat, we've installed A/C for sleeping. This ground floor unit has fully unobstructed views, no railings, or sidewalks, just rolling waves and sunset skies, with sea and mountain views wishing you good morning and good night. Our fun closet is here to make life easier for you, boogie boards, golf clubs, snorkeling gear, beach chairs to take on your adventures (just bring them back!) - all here to make your trip that much more fun! At night walk the tropical gardens with tiki torches lit, and sip cocktails with the waves rolling in. Ahhh, Kauai, and Lae Nani 513, a special retreat of relaxation and ease, I think it’s calling my name now! Any cancellations due to covid will be fully refunded. We really enjoyed the great views and having Lae Nani's beautiful coastline right outside the patio door. Sharon was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. The unit was very clean and well-organized and we had a comfortable stay. Bedroom AC works fine. Literally steps from the sand and located in the center of everything. We easily traveled from the North to the West being what it seemed like was directly in the middle of the island. Sharon is an excellent host and even allowed us to check out late when our flight was changed to an evening flight. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of towels, even beach towels. The 2 bathrooms came in super handy also. There is no air conditioning in the living area but there is in the bedroom. There is a screen door on the entry door so that you can get a cross breeze so it’s not uncomfortable at all. It is very well equipped. BBQ's are available by the pool. The beach area has a protected area for safe swimming for children and a nice beach area beside it for snorkeling or playing in the waves. Stores for groceries or shopping are nearby as are several restaurants. The bedroom area is are conditioned and there are several overhead fans for hot days. The first time was in 2021 just after lockdown ended. The condo is just as lovely as we remembered. You can’t be walking out to the lanai and having the ocean in front of you. We basically could sit near the ocean or sit on the porch under the shade and enjoy the view. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms, but the property manager was responsive, and the problem was taken care of. This place was simply magical. The grounds, pool and that beach, oh my, are all so lovely. And you can't beat the location of this unit! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the chaises on the patio. It was hard to leave. The condo was wonderful, too. It has a newer kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you for the rain shower! I've enjoyed well stocked VRBOs before but their "fun closet" was jammed. There was even a basket full of sunscreens. All that and unmatched communication! Sharon was very prompt in every message and her instructions were thorough and accurate. Delightful! It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, stocked with all we needed, comfortable bed and furnishings, great kitchen with plenty of really nice dishes, pans, utensils and spices. The owner really thought of everything we might need, including dishwasher detergent and filters for the coffeemaker. The location is perfect with a gorgeous beach right out your door! There were so many dining options within walking distance. It was easy to reach other parts of the island since it is about halfway between the north and south shores. There are not enough superlatives to describe this condo, resort grounds, swimming pool and proximity to the ocean!! The king bed is very comfortable and we only needed the AC for 3 nights during our 3 week visit. We rented bikes and rode the gentle Kapa'a bike path, which mostly borders the ocean, every day. The pictures and description of the property was exactly as described. We spent every morning on the lanai with a bit of a morning shower, coffee, geckos and the chirping birds. Every evening on the lanai we reflected on the day listening to the waves crash, watching the tikis get lit, and the day come to an end. The condo is fully stock with beach goodies and several card and board games which we also enjoyed. Great accessibility to the coconut coast walking and biking trail which we walked after our coffee every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would absolutely return when we can. ##### Adam G. The living room was much larger than the pictures could show. Beds were very comfortable. High quality linens all around. Kitchen had every utensil you’d need.
