Everything was clean and well thought out. The furniture and king sized bed, bedding were comfortable. The showers had great pressure, towels were nice. Everything worked well. The only items that needed replacing were the nonstick skillets. They were well used with the coating scratched and peeling. I contacted the property manager and she purchased and dropped off a new set within an hour or so. There is a nice walk from the condo to a few restaurants. The condo is in a good location. The grounds are well maintained. You do get some street noise off of Papaloa Road but it was never later than 8:00ish PM. We definitely recommend this condo. ##### Shelley C. Amazing views of the lake crab, great location for either beach or pool (although ocean in that location is a bit rough for swimming). Comfortable bedding and the kitchen / living room set up was perfect for relaxing dinners. Favorite spot was the lanai - at any time of day. One caution - while the property does have air conditioning as detailed in the listing, it really only works in the living area. The separate system in the bedrooms never really worked and as it was fairly hot, that was unfortunate. The guest bed was marginally cooler (likely because of proximity to the living area. Fans helped - but as we have had similar air conditioning splits in our home, we might suggest a portable unit might be more effective. That wasn't enough to dock a star as everthing else was so good - but as the air was one factor that impacted our choice of this unit, feel the caution is fair to alert others. All that said - we would stay again (just might be more tactical in choosing a time of year!). ##### Anne C. We loved that this was a "give to get" property with spices, oils and the extras for those who enjoy cooking during their stay. The master shower leaks terribly with a half glass that doesn’t allow for a proper shower without water everywhere. We were never able to get any of the TVs to work and there were no instructions. It’s a great place for 2 couples or a family. It’s very roomie and the kitchen is well stocked! It was a great location in Kapaa. We felt it was very centralized for seeing the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, and you can enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves from the living room. There's convenient access to a small beach right through the building. The rooms are clean and come with TVs, including one in the living room, and the spacious bathrooms are pristine. You can relax on the lanai and watch the sea. The location is excellent, close to the Coconut Marketplace and Safeway, and it's not too far from the airport either. Overall, a fantastic place for a family getaway. ##### Manish J. Condo needed a good deep cleaning, only one set of bedding, furnishings pretty worn compared to pictures, operation of ceiling fans was iffy (some worked, some not) bedrooms noisey from parking lot/trash truck collection. We had a monster cockroach in the bathroom and many ants everywhere. Probably would not stay here again. We could have gotten much nicer accommodations elsewhere for the price. ##### Linda H. The location is perfect - close to all the sights and short drive from the airport. The condo was clean and the complex is location right on the beach. Restaurants, groceries nearby as well.
