Lae Nani is a beautiful resort located on the east side of Kauai, just south of Kapaa. Our location gives you easy access to the North Shore (Napali Coast) and South Shore (Poipu, Waimea Canyon) and there are lots of food options (restaurants) and shops within walking distance. Grocery stores and other restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute drive (or a long walk). This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom completely renovated condo on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up building. Our location provides privacy from the other units and makes you feel like you are in your own world. This is one of the few units in this complex with Air Conditioning (bedrooms only). The master bedroom has a lanai (balcony) and faces the ocean, so you can't get any closer to the sound or view of the ocean. The second bedroom can be made up as two twin beds or one king. There is a large lanai off the living room with lounge chairs and an outdoor table. The location of the condo means we watch the morning sun rise over the ocean with an amazing 180 degree view. The two Lanais have sun from sunrise until the very late afternoon but the trade winds and a selection of fans maintain comfortable temperatures indoors with air conditioning in the bedrooms to make sure you can sleep well. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you should you want to cook your meals at home. We welcome families, providing lots of games and baby accessories including a portable crib and stroller. There is a large grassy area right out front and the sand is only about 75 feet away where there is a keiki (children's) pool, perfect for little ones to safely explore the ocean. There is a heated pool for use by all Lae Nani guests and we have a closet with beach gear that you are most welcome to use. We provide free high speed wireless internet and there is television in the living room with cable, which you can also use to access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. There is a set of blue tooth speakers you can connect to with your smart phone for music. We have keyless entry into the condo so you don't need to worry about losing a key. Parking is free and secured. We welcome you as our guests and hope that you will make our condo your home away from home during your visit to the beautiful Garden Island of Kauai. The AC in the bedrooms made it so nice to sleep after a day of exploring. The central location made it a short drive to anywhere on the island. The owners were responsive and kept us updated. The condo is equipped with everything you need: a full equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, laundry in unit, a beach closet with all your beach going necessities, and 2 lanai's with ocean views. It's location on the island is also excellent. There's a beach right out your front door. Grocery, drug stores, and restaurants are close by. Would absolutely stay here again! ##### Collin W. You can’t get closer to the water. The view is unsullied by other resort structures. At night with the 2 lanais the ocean is all encompassing. The nocturnal shearwater birds with their plaintive cries as they navigate by the stars is exhilarating. Out of respect to these seafarers the beach is not lit up which makes sitting on the lanai a spectacle. The big dipper what a swag lamp instead. The furniture is vintage Hawaii which I usually don’t care for but found myself admiring 4 fine pieces of art. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. I made great pizza if I do say so myself. Shannon was patient and kind. I am not the easiest person:) All to say I am grateful for their aloha. Not just the incredible value of such a property and what they charge, but for their spirit for making it all available. I won’t ever forget what I witnessed, the awe and beauty ##### Ilost M. We have stayed in the unit on multiple occasions. it Has all of the amenities of home. Waking up to sunrises every morning is as good as it gets. The two lanais are great to have. The grounds of Lae Nani are like a botanical garden. The location is perfect for walking the beach and to multiple restaurants in the area. We hope to return again soon. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. There were all sorts of pool toys and supplies for whatever guests would need. The view was amazing. When booking, I was a little concerned about the location being too quiet and not easy to walk to restaurants, etc. Turns out, it was great. Plenty of places within a 10 minute walk! We were so lucky to have found this gem of a condo on Kauai. The place was impeccable, the grounds were amazing and we absolutely loved the beach right in front of the condo, especially in the morning when you could wade in the tide pool. Proximity to everything is awesome. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waves day and night.
