The two bedrooms downstairs are very comfortable and good for couples with queen-sized beds. The room upstairs has a king-sized bed and is very vast with its own bathroom. One thing to know, is that room has no wall and though has intimacy, the sound has no barrier and overlooks the livingroom. If you like cooking, it has very nice appliances with a Wolf gas stove. But you should know that there are no condiment or spices or non perishable items in the kitchen. AND the stove fan has very inadequate outflow and could not handle us grilling food on the gas stove. It is a good thing the patio doors are opening the whole front wall so we could clear the air. Yes, there are lots of roosters on Kauai and they will wake you at 4AM, unless you have earplugs. Great location with beautiful ocean view right off the balcony. There was an issue with the washing machine on the first day. Upon contacting the property manager, they immediately set up for maintenance to check it out. By mid afternoon the following day, a new washing machine was installed. Very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was fantastic and the beds were more comfortable than we anticipated. The kitchen has been remodeled which was nice. Carpets are very dirty. The biggest issue was the unit was not clean and we spent an hour cleaning the floors, hair out of the shower, etc. Don't try using the grill on the gas stove, the hood fan is not vented.
