Luxury Penthouse Condo at Waipouli Beach Resort. Our luxury one bedroom condo is a penthouse (top floor) mountain and pool facing condo with vaulted ceilings, new appliances and Keurig. We are situated at the beautiful ocean front Waipouli Beach Resort. The large main bedroom features a King size bed (with a brand new mattress and box spring as of October 2023) with all new luxury bedding, mahogany wood décor and furnishings, your own private bathroom with dual sinks with a large soaking tub and a lot of space! There is a new queen size sofa bed in the living room that easily sleeps two people and features all new bedding as well as a new mattress replaced February 2025.The second bathroom has easy hall access. When we purchased this condo in September 2021, we did a complete overhaul of the space with the hopes this almost 1000 square foot condo will feel like your home away from home. The entire condo is air conditioned and includes a front loading washer and dryer (new stainless washer and dryer installed in January 2022). THE SPACE: The Waipouli Beach Resort is a new concept in luxury accommodations on the lush island of Kauai, Hawaii and is centrally located within easy reach to any area of the island. The resort features a heated, state of the art lazy river with two slides, three sand bottom hot tubs, and a zero entry sand bottom kiddy pool, as well as The Oasis, an award winning restaurant, workout facility, and the day spa, Spa By The Sea. Our top floor, penthouse condo has all the amenities of a luxury resort combined with the space and plush interior of this 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit that includes an ultra gourmet top of the line kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cook top, Wolf oven, GE profile microwave, dishwasher, granite counter tops and African Mahogany cabinets plus two full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine tile surrounds, a soaking tub & shower, and artwork. This condo was recently updated when the new owners purchased it in September 2021\. We added new bedding, towels, Roku streaming TVs, and a Keurig with coffee pods. We want you to feel as if you're at your "home away from home" when you stay at our condo. This unit has a new 65 inch Smart TV in the living room (installed November 2025) with access to every app available and is wall mounted. The Main Suite also has a 50 inch wall mounted smart TV. This luxury resort is located on the beautiful Waipouli Beach coastline between the historical towns of Kapaa and Wailua. If it is Paradise with an ocean view you're looking for, you will experience just that when you stay at this luxurious, serene, and truly inviting resort located directly on the ocean front at Waipouli Beach. First class shopping is located just down the street at the Coconut Marketplace, as well as Costco in Lihue, Safeway across the street & local restaurants within walking distance. The Princeville Resort, Golf Digests #1 Golf Course in Hawaii, is just 20 minutes to the North and Wailua Golf Course 3 miles to the south, on the beach. For those who are looking for adventure, Kauai has all there is to offer. If an oceanic or water experience is what you are looking for, you may choose to explore the Napali scenic tour, Wailua River Cruise, Kauai kayaking, or a number of sunset dinner cruises. The island also offers endless snorkeling and scuba diving as well as exciting mountain river tubing through tunnels (flash light hats provided). This resort/private residence is hands down the best on the island. Absolutely stunning coastal frontage, top-tier amenities, and a phenomenal swimming pool. I mean seriously—who says they have trouble swimming from one end of the pool to the other? This thing is massive!We had an incredible time. There was truly something for everyone. And talk about location, location, location! Being on the east side, we were right in the heart of everything—which turned out to be a huge blessing for us.Thank you so much for the extra thought and care with the chairs and umbrella—they came in very handy, especially for our needs with accessibility. There was no problem with parking our rental car due to the abundance of parking and no schlepping the bags up stairs since there is an elevator. The condo is wonderful, providing everything you could need instead of the bare essentials as we have encountered in some past rentals. If this place doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. From the fully stocked kitchen featuring high quality appliances to the nice living area furniture and the super comfy bed, this home really has it all. Did I mention the large soaking tub that's perfect after a day of swimming, hiking or whatever adventures you may have had? The location is perfect. Short drive to the airport and convenient to all Kauai has to offer. The immediate neighborhood has stores, restaurants and gear rental companies. I could probably go on until I had written a short book,but you get the idea. If you're looking for top notch digs for your Kauai vacation, the search ends here. ##### Dan H. It made it easy to drive both north or south depending on what we wanted to do that day. The kids loved the pool with the water slides, the towel service was a nice added bonus. The condo itself was clean and organized, had a great cooking set up with sharp knives (such a rarity in a short term rental). I made my kid birthday cake and had everything I needed. As always the pool and slide are a family favorite. Papayas is across the street which is great for groceries. Gemma is lovely and check-in was a breeze.
