This garden level, corner condo features separate A/C units in the living area and the bedroom to make sure everyone can relax in their "comfort zone". Both the living area and the bedroom open onto the lanai with direct access to the tropical gardens and greenbelt. The closest gated pool and jacuzzi area is about 65 steps away.
The full kitchen includes all the necessities to have your island favorites on hand and features quartz countertops with breakfast bar seating.
Relax in the living area featuring a high-quality queen-size sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, and table seating for up to 4 guests. Enjoy dining, card games, and "talking story" about the day's favorite moments here in Hawaii.
The beautifully remodeled bathroom has two separate spaces for privacy and functionality and includes a walk-in shower with built-in bench, dual vanities and plenty of storage space.
The bedroom boasts two double beds, a smart TV and a closet stocked with beach chairs, beach wagon and other fun amenities so that guests can make the most of this great location.

Sweet condo with a pool and a beach
Aloha, We absolutely loved this condo. The proximity to the pool, beach, and coconut marketplace were fantastic. With the central location, we were able to visit waimea canyon, koloa town, hanapepe, kapa'a, and tunnels beach. The unit had a well stocked kitchen and everything we needed. We loved that the house had sliders with screens and we never had to use the a/c. The cooler and beach chairs were a huge plus. The laundry is in the building but you do have to pay for it, $2.50-ish per load. We loved our stay here and would stay here again. Mahalo!

Well equipped and nicely decorated. Lots of kitchen utensils (though the blender leaked). A very nice lady came to make sure we got off to a good start. The gecko tactfully stayed out of our way. Nice spot!

Great condo in a central location with everything you need. Beach chairs, towels, blankets all there. Everything needed in the kitchen to cook your meals. Spent a wonder week here enjoying the walk to Coconut market place where you can purchase all your souvenirs and shop for food and coffee. Close to the beach but the issue is the beach you can walk to is not swimmable and has a small homeless camp so we only went there our 1st night Always felt safe and the condo was very clean! Enjoyed our stay

Things we enjoyed/Positives: Fun decor, especially the bathroom and living room Great TV/Streaming set-up The supply of beach chairs and towels The treats that greeted us Responsive resolution to a clogged drain Close proximity to the Coconut Marketplace, the Island Country Market in particular Areas for improvement/negatives: The double beds are extremely "springy", not particularly comfortable Plantation Hale as a whole needs some TLC. It looks worn. The advertisement for the property touts the quick walk to the beach through the field. So yes, I was completely aware that it wasn't ocean front. To get to the beac directly across from Plantation Hale, we would have to pass through an unhoused encampment. I fully understand that unhoused doesn't equal "bad" or "menacing", but even one of the employees at Plantation Hale told us not to go through there in the evening/night.

Well equipped and very cute decor. Pools nice. Great location, if you have car, to any area on island. Beach at condo is a nice view but not our fav for a beach day. Within a few miles, though, there are great beaches. Loved having Coconut Market Place next door for restaurants, groceries and shops. Would stay here again. This unit C8 has two double beds in one bedroom.
