They used a commercial air filter and the smell went away a bit. But it really bothered us as it is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Our room was very spacious with big beds and a tub. Kids enjoyed the tub a lot. Breakfast buffet was great with different hot food options and three different fruits during our four day stay. Free ice cream, drinks and popcorns are there 24-7 so kids also loved it. Bathroom was very dirty - grout was black, mold in the shower, water did not drain properly in the shower. Room door was too close to bathroom so it was hard to get in. Also frustrating was there wasn't any plugs beside the beds.
