I arrived to check in at 8:50pm. There was no one behind the desk to check us in. After making 3 phones an agent finally showed up at 10:15pm. The office hours sign was posted as open Mon-Fri 9am-10pm. Once we got to the room it was filthy. The toilet was filled with trash. We left...feared getting bed bugs.

We had 2 rooms and room 110 had fllood damage to the bathroom floor and the remote wasn't working properly. Room 120 had dried ketchup on the floor and several dirty spots. The toilet became clogged so we had to plunge with a sink plunger not a toilet plunger ourselves.

Will never stay here again
First, let me say the staff i interacted with was courteous and accomodating. When we arrived at 930pm there was no one at the front desk. Sign said dial "0" for late check-in. After 15 mins repeat dialing with no answer, finally the national hotline picked up and called the person directly. He was nice and stated that "she" was supposed to be at the desk until 10pm. We got to our room and there was an extremely loud high pitched noise coming from the fan in the bathroom, like an alarm sound. Moved to another room. The smell of weed was so strong in the entire hotel that we slept with the window open even though it was freezing rain outside. We went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies due to the filth on the walls, floors, and bath (including what looked like a blood stain on the bedroom wall. Then there was the bugs...cockroaches, termites, ants and unidentifiable. I do not expect luxury accommodations at this price, but this was beyond bad.

The original room they gave me was completely dirty. The toilet bowl was disgusting, the bed had hair and other debris on it. They put me in a 2nd room, which the manager walked in to review. It was much cleaner but had a lot of damage, a bug trap, and still dirty. I said it was better. After she left, I had to kill 2 cockroaches. The fire alarm went off too. I was concerned about it being a real emergency bc of the sketchy people in and around the building so I called the front desk to ask if it was a real emergency. He stated I don't know and hung up on me. The alarm went off, so I tried to call the front desk again to ask about it-no answer. I packed up my belongings to leave, I went to the front desk and nobody was there. I tried calling, still no answer. Finally a customer came in, I went back to my room to try calling front desk from that phone. No answer. When I went back to the front desk, the worker was helping the customer. I stated I felt unsafe and killed cockroaches in my room so I'm leaving. He apologized, didn't offer a refund- I didn't want to wait to discuss a refund bc I was so shaken up.

This property was Infested with roaches. As I walked down the hallway to get to the first room roaches where running throughout the hallways, up and down the walls and under doors. I went to the first room they put me in and there was blood smeared all over the frontt of the refrigerator and a giant burn and stain on the counter. Roaches scurrying everywhere as I turned on the light They switched my room and floor. Again 2nd floor hallways walls and under doors where roaches. I opened the room and again roaches everywhere. Even in the bathroom tub. I took pictures. Videos and killed a BIG one with an egg sack and took it to the front desk. I had to leave. I don't understand why the health department hasn't gotten involved, their are children, elderly and animals staying here and roaches carry diseases. Just disgusting.

They have bugs and drug attics in front of the hotel begging roaches was on walls and bathroom was sick and they have the nerve to charge as much don’t waste no money here

Unpleasant welcome
I was only there for less than an hour and I got out of there to go find a different hotel. On the outside it looked nice, but inside was just not very pleasant. It looked more like a ghetto apartment building than a hotel. Hotel room was not very pleasing, it just had like the bare essentials of what a room has. I would not waste time or money here, find something a little more spendy, you won't regret it

Self-Service Is A Must Here
The staff are the best part of this hotel. The guy who checked us in immediately dealt with our issues regarding a flickering light, dirty sheets and dirty room. He was as helpful as anyone could hope for and he clearly does his job to the best of his abilities. He moved us to a different room with fully working lights, but even the new room had various hairs on the sheets when I pulled them back, my girlfriend stepped on a small piece of glass the first time either of us went in the bathroom and when I lifted the seat on the toilet it had clearly not been cleaned any time recently. This was a last minute trip the weekend of the Chiefs/Bills game, and most places under $250/night in the area were sold out. We bought some sheets and multipurpose cleaner at Walmart to deal with things. If you plan to stay here, know you’ll likely have to do at least a little cleaning on your own. Thanks again to the staff!

Nice little honeymoon
This was a honeymoon stay for my best friend. It was great and it was clean. The only issue I would say would be that the bed was very small for a hotel. Everyone was nice. I loved how it was secured and you couldn’t get to the rooms without a key card.

I arrived after midnight and the man said my reservation was no longer in the system. I had called to advise of my late arrival due to Amtrak’s delayed arrival. At 1am this was distressing news. After several minutes he found me by checking the previous day information. He found my info after this scare. Also floor was very sticky, I mopped it myself.

The whole experience was terrible. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures that are on the website. Too expensive for the condition of the room. Wasn't able to get an iron in our room until after 10am. We will not be staying here again. I have stayed at a hotel 8 in better quality than this room.
