STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
No Smoking Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.
Parking We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.
Pets Pets are not authorized, there will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

We stayed 4 nights here and loved it.very Spacious lots around to do
apartment was amazing. Contact with the hosts was easy and quick reply , although the instructions were made so easy. Would def stay again if we get back to Kansas City. We walked to Power & Light and T Mobile centre and felt very safe.

We could tell a man has this property. There was not enough dish rags and towels. Bathroom needs hooks for towels. Living room furniture today’s style but not comfy.Did not like the automation reply’s. It did not apply with our stay.
