Only 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum. 10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium 10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena 20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS and Walgreens pharmacy. Located in the beautiful Squier Park neighborhood. Squire Park is a historic neighborhood in midtown Kansas City, Missouri, USA. It encompasses sixteen blocks bounded by Armour Boulevard on the north, 39th Street on the south, Troost Avenue on the west, and Paseo Boulevard on the east. It is primarily a residential neighborhood, with businesses along Troost Avenue. During your stay, you'll be renting both floors of the home therefore, you will have access to the entire duplex. This home is a duplex and features two bedrooms with queen beds on the first floor and 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 full size beds on the second floor. The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available. No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine) Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet per month for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. We had lunch in the Crossroads and a dinner on the Plaza. All of this was less than 10 minutes from the house. We had both the upstairs and the downstairs units. 8 guys for a sports trip this place has everything you need, including a big driveway if you are bringing things for tailgating.
