Hopefully the property mgmt updates the procedure so the instructions are inline with the signs and the direction of security officers. It was a nightmare but we got in. The hotels were pricey that week for whatever reason and me and a colleague decided to give a VRBO a shot. This place was great because it had 2 bedrooms and baths, each was located on opposite sides of the condo so we had some privacy. It has a modern, minimalist feel but was cozy. The check in process is a little tricky (we felt let we were doing an escape room) but the property management did provide detailed instructions... you just have to make sure to follow them. Everything you needed was within a few minutes walk. It looked just as the pictures. It was spacious and very modern. The beds were very comfortable and led to great sleeps. Communication with the host was very good, quick and accurate. The security at the building was also very friendly and kind. They loved to chat and give some tips for those new to the city! The only minor deduction from the review comes with the cleanliness. Overall, the apartment was very clean, but the floors were a little sticky and could have been given an additional cleaning.
