Clean but tired property. The water pressure was non existent and towels thin. No housekeeping service as we stayed 2 nights. The food at breakfast was poor quality. Not fresh. The best part of stay was comfy bed.

Short stay but upon check-in when Eva found out I was leaving really early for a flight she fixed me a bagged breakfast. Room was clean.

Pros:The staff is nice, king bed was extremely comfy. Cons: Wasn't notified until check-in of $100 deposit, no robes as stated on website, room was dusty, grit and toothpaste on counters, no bedding with the pull-out bed, overall the glory days are fading and the decor and furnishings are becoming very careworn.

Really nice hotel and staff but need better housekeeping!!! 1. There was garbage and food crumbles on the sofa and the night tables. 2. Bathroom floor had hairs and pieces of paper towel 3. Shampoo and soap bottles WERE EMPTY!!! This was so frustrating cuz I realized about it when I was already in the shower! 4. There was garbage, some keys, and clothing in the closet, seems they had been there for a long time cuz it was dusty…CREEPY! 5. Comforter had yellow stains …all this made me look really close to the bedding and I got a feeling pillow cases were not changed from previous guest. I found hair on them. I just put a towel on top of my pillow, but then I wondered if those were clean…I was just too tired and only getting 6 hrs of sleep, so I decided just to deal with it, but I was not comfortable. Facilities are nice, breakfast ok…hopefully they get better room cleaning and this will be a really nice place to stay

Eva at the front desk was so nice!! Very helpful and accommodating! We told her about our early flight and she went and got us some snacks for the morning since we would miss the free breakfast! She really made the stay!! The 24/7 free airport shuttle is a great feature! This hotel served its purpose for our 1 night stay.

A very nice hotel. Spacious room. Only thing I would ask is that they put a microwave in the room. You have a wet bar and fridge with counter space.

This was a very clean, quiet facility. Close to the airport and highway. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We will stay here next time!

Our bathroom tub faucet constantly leaked. The water temp from the shower was lukewarm at best. The thermostat did nothing. Tried setting the room temperature below 70 degrees and the room would not cool down below 72 degrees. Called the front desk to ask if they had a fan or anything to help cool off the hot room and the worker at the desk said they had no fans and that it sucks and to suck it up. No help with the situation whatsoever.

Check in was easy and nonissue. The staff was nice but did not have any knowledge of any recommendations on restaurants in KCMO. So that was a bummer, had to do our own research on places to eat. The room itself was nice but tv was definitely outdated and picture quality was terrible. Nothing special about breakfast. Checking out was also super easy and a nonissue. Overall it was a good stay.

I picked this hotel because it had free cancellation. I'm not sure I'd go again. The room was ok- someone had left really dirty laundry in the room closet that we had to take out- the front desk was quick to come get it but still the bad smell lingered. I would have preferred queen beds but all they had with what we needed were doubles. The ice maker was broke on our floor. We had to get extra towels and wash clothes even though we reserved the room for 5 people, we only had 4 sets. We had to ask for sheets and blankets for the pull-out couch bed. Maybe it's like this everywhere now but it just seemed like that could easily have been better. I did think breakfast was good- plenty of food and choices for our family of 5. All in all it was just ok.
