The building is starting to deteriorate. The vinyl cover on the desk chair in the room was worn down to the backing. The skirt on the bed was torn and hanging down. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The initial impression of this property was bad. The outside of the property shows large cracks. Everything is dark and dirty. The walls show gradients of dirty. The door to our room was two-tone. The soap was 2 little 1-inch circles. Was very noisy through the night. Room description says it sleeps 6. I fell through the sofa bed that I couldn’t get blankets for. The room was very dark. The shower curtain was about a foot too short for the bathtub, so there was constantly water on the floor. The advertised price for this room was $206. It’s maybe an $80 facility. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels overseas for less than half my discounted price.

Coffee maker did not work, microwave did not work, rooms run down a bit. Worst of all my daughter got injured at the pool due to a tile being broken, hotel staff did little to nothing about it, refused to fill out incident report, manager was unavailable. We was told security would come up to talk to us, but never showed up.They wanted us to clean up the blood, refused to go look at the broken tile, did not secure the area so other swimming pool users would avoid getting hurt too. In the end we took our daughter to urgent care to stop the bleeding and clean the wound properly.

The front desk attendant was very personable, helpful, and attentive. We asked for extra bedding and a couple of other needs, and she quickly and cheerfully took care of our needs. The suite was extra spacious, comfortable, and just the right temperature. Breakfast was great! We were a little disappointed the pool was closed, but everything else made up for it.

I am very unhappy with this reservation. I paid $375 for one night, and the wallpaper is peeling off, there is no hot water in the shower, dirty washclothes left in my shower, two towels, no shampoo, or soap, etc. Extremely outdated. Not near the stadium. Very disappointed. Also the pool is closed. Not coming here again.

The walls around the hotel are filthy like they haven't seen paint in 20 years the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors talking and walking through the hallway, the doors are so thin I heard very un-kid friendly noises. They say they provide things you forgot but they don't have stock. The only thing I liked was the dove shampoo and soap they provide. Would not recommend especially at this price.

Always a great visit when we come to Kansas City. Very comfortable bed. Pet deposit is a little steep but other than that very good visit.
