Wonderful, historic home conveniently located on Elms Boulevard, in the heart of Excelsior Springs.Shopping, eating, and entertainment are just a short walk from the front door of this century old Queen Anne style house. Perfect for a girls weekend, a family gathering, attend one of the many local events or just spend hours exploring the town. Newly renovated 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is very spacious and able to accommodate 10 people comfortably. Four of the bedrooms are on the second floor with one bedroom on the main floor. A large living room with a relaxing sectional gives plenty of seating to binge watch on our large Smart TV. In the open kitchen, you'll find all the essentials needed to prepare a meal. Everything was very clean. Our group was three women and we had so much room. The living room was very comfortable for our lengthy conversations. The location was great as it is about a block's walk to The Elms where we enjoyed lunch and the spa. It's also a short walk to downtown shopping. Easy in and out with the push-button lock. The house was very comfortable temperature-wise. Each room has it's own heating/cooling system. The beds and bedding were fantastic. We all slept great.
