You will have private access to the unit, along with access to shared outdoor amenities including a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock. This second-floor unit in a triplex is accessed by stairs and offers a comfortable, fully furnished space for your extended stay. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, dining area, and an updated kitchen with everything you need for day-to-day living. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with quality linens. Enjoy access to shared outdoor amenities, including a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock. A washer and dryer are located in the shared basement and available for use by all three units. One off-street parking spot is available behind the home, with plenty of free street parking in front. Less than 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum. 10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium 10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena 20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks. Local area guests with 0 reviews are NOT permitted to book. Doing so will result in immediate cancelation. No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine) Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet/per month. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings.
