You’ll be staying right near the Missouri-Kansas state line, with KU Medical Center just a short walk away.

Downtown, Westport, and the Country Club Plaza are all just a 5–10 minute drive away, making this the perfect home base for your stay. This bright and spacious apartment sits above Fric & Frac, one of Kansas City’s beloved local restaurants, and is part of a charming building with just four other apartments. Perfect for extended stays, the space features huge windows with views of the lively street below, bringing in tons of natural light. You'll find a sunny entryway with seating and a rollaway bed, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need—including cookware, utensils, and more.  
  
The cozy queen bedroom includes fresh linens, blankets, and a large closet, while the bathroom is stocked with towels and shower essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A kitchen table doubles as a workspace, and the Smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to relax or work from home.  
  
You'll also enjoy 1 free parking space, ample street parking, and access to the Miami Ice lot next door. There's no in-unit laundry, but a laundromat is just steps away, making laundry a breeze. With Starbucks across the street and 39th Street’s shops and cafes just outside your door, this walkable, light-filled apartment is a perfect home base for your long-term KC stay.  
  
Getting around is easy from this centrally located spot! The apartment is in one of KC’s most walkable areas—with restaurants, shops, and KU Med just steps away. For exploring further, you're a short drive to Westport, the Plaza, and downtown. Ample street parking is available, and ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are quick and reliable in the area. Public transit is also nearby for easy access to other parts of the city.  
  
Please note: This apartment is located on the second floor above a popular local restaurant (Fric & Frac), so there may be some street or restaurant noise at times. The building has three other apartments, so please be mindful of neighbors. While there’s no in-unit laundry, a laundromat is just steps away next door. One parking space is included with your stay in the Miami ice parking lot and additional street parking is available nearby.
