This cozy apartment features 2 queen beds, a queen sofa bed, and 1 full bath, making it the perfect retreat to recharge for another day of adventures. Enjoy the best of the city right at your doorstep! Our team is always here to help! If you need assistance during your stay, click "message your host" in the Airbnb app and let us know how we can help. We'll respond as quickly as we can. During your stay you'll have full access to this unit and the amenities offered. This is a 1st floor unit of a duplex. There is parking for one car behind the home. Once inside you'll find a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms with queen size beds, and a jack and jill bathroom. The backyard is full fenced in. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. The backyard and washer/dryer are shared with the unit above. No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine) Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well. The space is very charming and well appointed, located on a peaceful tree-lined street with plenty of parking in both the front and back of the house. Two bedrooms were nice with jack and jill bathroom between. It was perfect for a few days stay for Chiefs game. Neighborhood was nice, kool donut shop around the corner and breakfast place nearby. It did have a bit of doggie odor on bedroom pillows and somewhat musty overall especially when it rained. Having allergies to mold, that was not a good thing. Pricing was good.
