Worst Hotel I ever stayed in. Elevator didn’t work. The tub was dirty. The rim of the stool was dirty. I asked to change rooms, they said they were full. I spoke to a manager name Shante, she said, she would have the room cleaned on Tuesday. Keep in mind, I checked in on a Saturday night. The cleaning crew knock on the door at 11 AM Tuesday, I said I would be out of the room by 12pm, I had the understanding they leave at 3 PM. They didn’t clean the room that day, the manager told me it would be Thursday before they could clean the room so I asked to change rooms again. She said no rooms were available.
I was out of the room on Thursday by 9:30 AM. I let the front desk know I was gone so they could clean the room, when returned that night, the room was still dirty. I went down to the front Desk. I spoke to a man name SALEEM. VERY RUDE NO RESPECT. He did nothing except yell at me.
The people that work there, tell you one thing and do another. From day one, I tried to get the bathroom cleaned and they said they’ll take care of it, but never did. They knocked Friday morning, I have been there a whole week so I told them to forget it. I was leaving Sunday.
I have a bad back and had to walk upstairs with luggage. I tried to change rooms, but they wouldn’t. They kept saying the elevator would be fixed the next day. When they said it was fixed, I was scared to use it, because they had lied so much. I didn’t trust them.
