On the day, I was scheduled to check out, one of the staff banged on my door at 9:15 AM to ask me if I would be checking out that day. Could they not check their computers? On the reservation I made through Expedia, the checkout time was noon. The staff member that knocked on my door told me it was 11:00 AM because they were “ Independently owned”. I spoke with Expedia, who tried to contact the hotel, but no one responded. There was hair all over the bathroom floor in the room I was given. Would not recommend this hotel.

1st time in 30 yrs I've heard of a hotel not giving toilet tissue to wipe your bottom besides the first day you check in.. I could understand it being a rule for your live ins or contract workers staying long term but not daily rents at 100 plus daily sorry

It seems there may be a pest issue. We killed about 3-4 roaches in our kitchen area between the two days we stayed there. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

When I arrived My room was very dirty. The dishes were dirty the carpet wasn't vacuumed there was a lot of crumbs on the side of the bed and a small blunt on the floor, behind the chair was someone else socks. I got a call at 8am telling me I had to check out an hr early because they was booked and needed the room. The staff was hard to find. U literally had to yell to get someone to come to the desk. Poor custom

The shower head was not working at all but the faucet was constantly dripping lots of water. I was there for 2 nights and complained to Expedia and hotel staff but it fell upon deaf and uncaring ears, all rooms occuppied was there answer. Room was also located nest to registration office so there was constant noise. Expedia offered $25 refund from the original coast of $225...how generous right? Never do business with Expedia again, go Booking. Health dept. should inspect the place

Horrible stay and customer service
The room was disgusting. Urine on the sheets and waited 20+ minutes for new sheets at the front desk in which they had my employee, their guest, put on his own sheets. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and there was ashes all over the floors and counters. When we asked to get refunded for 3 nights my employee would not stay there they refused to do so. They even told my employee that he isn’t allowed to check out early. He stayed one night and couldn’t even sleep in the room because it was smelly and all the guests were so loud.

This was a nasty place to stay. In the heart of Overland Park, Kansas a beautiful city. The air did not work properly, no comforter on the bed or blankets in the room. Door key stoped working three times. Never recommend this place to anyone but the homeless.

This is an extended stay hotel, no breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, no ice machines on the floor. The room we stayed in was in need of some repair and a goog cleaning and exhibited water damage on the ceiling. Mattress did not have cover, bed had sheets but no blanket. You get what you pay for at this hotel.

Canceled Room with NO NOTICE
Decided to book a hotel room for after the Taylor Swift concert as we were from out of town. We arrive at the hotel after the concert only to be told that our room was cancelled and there was absolutely nothing they could do for us. Mind you, it was 2 am and we were checking into a hotel room that was prepaid for. We were told first that hotels.com canceled our reservation. Now hotels.com saying the hotel cancelled it. Next when I called I had a rude woman tell me that because we arrived at 2 am the hotel cancelled our room. Because of the concert there were no other hotels in the entire Kansas City area. Forcing my sister and I (both pregnant) to drive 3 hours home at 2 am. The hotel won’t take accountability or offer any accommodations for cancelling our room, and I’ve still been charged for the room. Would not recommend staying somewhere that can’t even get their facts straight and Leave two women stranded in a city they are not from.

We were only here for a single night, but we were absolutely pleased with every aspect of our stay. The staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. I feel so bad that I didn’t catch the name of the woman at the front desk, but she was so nice, helpful, and welcoming.

This place doesn’t deserve a star !!!
Worst Hotel I ever stayed in. Elevator didn’t work. The tub was dirty. The rim of the stool was dirty. I asked to change rooms, they said they were full. I spoke to a manager name Shante, she said, she would have the room cleaned on Tuesday. Keep in mind, I checked in on a Saturday night. The cleaning crew knock on the door at 11 AM Tuesday, I said I would be out of the room by 12pm, I had the understanding they leave at 3 PM. They didn’t clean the room that day, the manager told me it would be Thursday before they could clean the room so I asked to change rooms again. She said no rooms were available. I was out of the room on Thursday by 9:30 AM. I let the front desk know I was gone so they could clean the room, when returned that night, the room was still dirty. I went down to the front Desk. I spoke to a man name SALEEM. VERY RUDE NO RESPECT. He did nothing except yell at me. The people that work there, tell you one thing and do another. From day one, I tried to get the bathroom cleaned and they said they’ll take care of it, but never did. They knocked Friday morning, I have been there a whole week so I told them to forget it. I was leaving Sunday. I have a bad back and had to walk upstairs with luggage. I tried to change rooms, but they wouldn’t. They kept saying the elevator would be fixed the next day. When they said it was fixed, I was scared to use it, because they had lied so much. I didn’t trust them. Night Clerk Sherry, was the best person working
