We want you and your things to be safe. \~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below). \~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. \~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. I just did not realize it was a bottom level apartment so there was a kid upstairs who kept running around from about 7pm to midnight. It does require walking down a few steps to get to the apartment and there's no cover if you get caught in a downpour like we did. But, the apartment was clean and a good size.
