Less than 10 minutes from the T-Mobile Center, The Plaza, UMKC, Rockhurst, Crown Center, National WWI Museum and Memorial, Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, and many more. Fifteen minutes to Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium (Go Chiefs! Go Royals!) You will love the comfort and charm of this beautifully refinished & warm feeling home nestled in an absolutely quaint, established, and quiet neighborhood in one of Kansas City's most sought after areas.
