"Clean room. Hotel decor/layout was great. Breakfast was good. The temperature of the room of the pool was hot like a sauna. EV charges was great and operable. I would definitely stay here again. "

"There is no staff and when we arrived we could not get the door open to the lobby. There was a phone number to call and it went to voicemail. I contacted Expedia and tried to cancel the reservation after seeing the property and I was denied. They advertised an elevator, but they do not have one in the building. We eventually got into the lobby (after they said to kick the door a few times) to view the recorded message about how to get in the room! We had a code to use on the door and we had to schlep our luggage up a long staircase, this is not what was advertised. The room was clean and the accommodations were decent, except for the lack of security. The door chain was hanging by a small hook and was easily lifted up with a finger. There was no staff and no hotel of any kind. This is a room in a building. We hated the town and the ridiculous large statues, it was a waste of time. I asked them to let me cancel and they refused, so I feel like I need to be honest here. Do not go there if you are expecting a hotel. The exterior illegal construction elevator that was not working was a safety hazard. The door at the end of the hallway just opened up to a death drop if you accidently walked through the door. No safety, no sign, just real negligence."

"It seem poor planning to not provide face cloths, so may be the person cleaning did not include them in the room along with the towels. The big bottles of conditioner, shampoo, and body wash - body wash completely empty, conditioner almost empty, empty by time I was done. Again bottles save but give poor reputation."

"I cannot say enough good things about this BnB. The owner is absolutely wonderful, spent time making sure I was comfortable and settled, and obviously takes enormous pride in ownership. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this charming place and I will tell anyone who has plans to stay anywhere near Charleston to make sure they stop here. You will not be disappointed. Excellent accommodations, excellent food, top-notch service. WOW."
