Hello,Thank you for reviewing your stay. Including a hold for 100 incidental is company policy and is mentioned when online in other fees section. We release this deposit on the day of check out. It does take 2-7days to be released depending on your bank policy. This is the same for all customers staying at the hotel as is policy. We've been here before. The front desk is very friendly and helpful with any concerns. The room was clean but could use a little detailing where the vacuum cleaner doesn't get all the way in at the edges of the carpet.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We apologize that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Though you had booked a standard room, we provided a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker which are not standard in the basic rooms. You did not voice any complaints during your stay as well. Therefore we are not sure what issues you had during the stay. Once we apologize your stay was not up to standards and hope you come again whenever you are in the area.

After you had checked out, the bed, sheets, mattress pad, protective cover and mattress was completely soaked and the room was deemed not sellable for some time due to this. Outside of this, no other issues were seen or voiced. However again, we apologize if there were any concerns during your stay. We hope to see you again whenever you happen to be in the area.

Terrible property. It was filthy and trashy. They wouldn’t do anything to refund our money so we left and had to pay for two nights. The staff was extremely rude and barely understood english. Thumbs down zero stars.

Hello, We apologize you were not satisfied with you visit. When you arrived, you had attempted to check in many hours early, which we allowed. You had also asked for a public restroom which we do not have. After checking in, you and you guest were in the room for over a hour and then proceeded to tell our employee that you decided you do not want the room and wanted a refund. Based on policy we can not give you a refund after you used the room since it becomes unable to sell. You had used the bathroom and laid in the bed with all the sheets removed. No other conversation was made between you and the employee and this employee was not rude yet direct and has no trouble understanding English. You also only had paid for 1 night. The internet booking company was also made aware which is why another reason you were not given a refund. Please, in the future, do not make false accusations about the hotel or staff within your reviews.

We stayed 5 nights while in town for a high school reunion. We were very comfortable there and it was convenient to many locations we were visiting. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. It was surprisingly quiet, even though near the highway and we slept very well.

This was the one room I was awaere of that had no refrigerator or microwave. I was there Friday Saturday and Sunday and they only cleaned and refreshed towels once

Hello,Thank you for your review. We apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. Refrigerator and microwave are not standard in the basic rooms. They can be given, if available, for 10each per night upon request, as per policy. As for housekeeping, Wyndham policy states that housekeeping is to be done on every third day. As you stayed 4 nights, your housekeeping was done once. If you needed any supplies or new towels, you are welcome to come to the front desk to receive them. We apologize that this being the policy was an issue during your stay. However, thank you for review and we hope you stay again when you are ever in the area.

During your stay, however, the bed sheets and mattress pad were found to be soaked with some type of liquid and you were not charged. Hello,We apologize that your stay was not up to standard. The AC in your room was set to medium air prior to your check in and was working fine. We are not sure what that issue regarding the AC was, as you did not mention any complaints during your stay. After check out, the AC was still working even at the lowest setting. Solo Trip
I'm going through a short transitional period and I didn't want to be bothered during my stay. I literally had the Do-Not-Disturb sign out for my entire stay. I was only bothered once and that was from the gentleman, who I believe runs the place. I was called on the hotel phone and when I didn't answer, the gentleman knocked on my door. I normally wouldn't of answered the door but I did because I didn't want anyone to bother me for the remainder of my stay. The gentleman just wanted to make sure I was ok since he hadn't seen much of me. He also wanted to know if I wanted my room cleaned. I reassured him a couple times I was fine. I asked for a couple items and that cleaning my room wasn't necessary. I thanked him for checking up on me. And I therefore wasn't bothered for the remainder of my stay. When I checked out, I again thanked him for not bothering me. Since the stay rejuvenated me, and I wasn't bothered as per requested, I'll be back. Thank you!!

No coffee avaliable in room or lobby. Did not clean our room, no new towels, no new soap, no clean cups to drink from. Breakfast was two dried out mini muffins in a paper bag.

Hello. We apologize that your stay was not up to your satisfaction. According to policy, there is not coffee available in rooms. There is coffee available in the lobby during breakfast and the camera, when reviewed, shows you received the coffee. Housekeeping, according to policy, is only done on every third day. However, you did request and receive extra towels, new soap, and new cups. The breakfast ,according to policy, is a grab ‘n go with a pastry (muffins), cereal bar, juice, and coffee which you had received. We apologize you were inconvenienced during your stay and hope it can be rectified when you stay with us again in the future.

Hello,I’m sorry that there were issues that caused you to post a less than perfect review. However, your card, that you had provided when reserving, had declined when attempting to authorize it. Due to this we had to cancel the reservation. Furthermore, you had never showed up afterwards with alternate means of payment and so, did not stay as a guest at this hotel. Thank you.
