The "Laerchehus Ost" is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 84 square meters, situated on the ground floor. It features a spacious and bright open living room equipped with curtains, a satellite TV, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a home cinema system. The living room provides direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. The second bedroom is designed for children, outfitted with two bunk beds, each accommodating two individuals, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment boasts a large, open kitchen that includes an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are available at an extra cost. The dining area within the kitchen features a table. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with both south and west-facing positions, offering marvelous views of the mountains and countryside. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and deck chairs. Additional amenities include an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old, a hair dryer, and free Wi-Fi internet access.
