"Room was very clean. We had the twin room for our family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 9). Each bed was 123cm which was enough space for us to share. The room itself was really small and tight, especially since we had 4 carry ons, but we managed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good every morning, we like the smoothies. Only 5 minutes walk to Kanda station. Quiet area, not much restaurants until you walked near the station."
