Initially as the desk clerk was unable to find my back to back reservations and I had to wait for awhile for things to get sorted out. However the hostel is pristine in every area and well located to all major tourist spots. After night 2, I realized that I was not in the Women's non-smoking dorm as originally booked and was promptly shifted by a very helpful young woman at the desk. I never saw any staff at all so nobody explained any rules or procedures for the hotel. The only elevator was slow, but I had to go back and fourth between the 5th and 4th floor everytime I forgot something I didn't know I needed to grab on the 5th. The floor layout was very confusing. I stayed in a shared area with an open ceiling between bedrooms/cubicles so if a neighbor turns on their overhead light, it bleeds over to mine.
