Regarding leaving the dogs/pets at the house: we do allow pets to be left alone as long as they are crated, or inside the garage, which is climate-controlled with air conditioning/heat. Great location, 10 minutes to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, the reason for our trip. The house is so big, clean, plenty of room for 6 adults. Kitchen was everything you could want. I was in the jacuzzi everyday for a couple of hours, loved it! Hosts were very accommodating and answered any questions right away. Check-in process was quick and easy and the house was immaculately clean on arrival.Endless amenities kept the kids and adults entertained from movies to corn hole. The hot tub was just as clean as the house and very user friendly like all of the other amenities. My kids all loved the game room too!Location relative to town was great as it was only about a 5 minute drive to food, fuel, and fun. A very comprehensive adventure guide book was also included with great recommendations for outings in the area. There is a small price to pay for ease of access to the town, and it’s the traffic noise. Outside of an occasional loud vehicle it’s completely tolerable but something worth noting.If I had to identify any areas for improvement it would be some softer mattress toppers (which is a preference thing anyways) and a better grill brush because the provided one left some weird dust on the grates. All in all, if I’m in the market for a Kanab VRBO again, this place will likely be at the top of my list. ##### Karl K. The furnishings and overall look of the house was modern and comfortable. After hiking in the parks, the hot tub was great to use at the end if the day. It’s right off the main street, but it was quiet, even with the 3 little goat neighbors. I didn’t even realize they were there until day 2\.
