Property manager was great and communicated well. There was a slight confusion on the property pool and exercise room. Use is not allowed for “short term” folks. Somewhat confusing as other short term rental companies say they allow use of these facilities. Not a real big deal. Just could have been more clear. Great place, nice and clean. The couch beds in the living room weren’t great. They fold down but they are were hard and there is a divot where the cushions meet that my kids found quite uncomfortable. It was ok for younger kids but adults would not want to be sleeping on those. We also had an issue with a lot of pet hair in the couches and on the master headboard. This place has a no pet policy so I assume a previous renter had not followed the rules. I won’t fault the owner for that but it did need to be better cleaned. ##### Mark R.
