You will have a private entrance next to your parking space. There's a porch to relax on after your adventures to watch the sun glow off the red rock cliffs or to enjoy a morning coffee. You will be close to hiking trails, restaurants, & Jacob Hamblin City Park. Your private parking space can fit two cars; additional parking for boats, UTVs, etc is available. Two separate bedrooms, spacious living area & a roomy restroom. Large, south facing windows provide plenty of sunshine to fill the spaces. Includes 5G fiber internet and a Roku TV to help you stay connected if you so wish. The kitchen is stocked with the a refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, microwave, Keurig with coffee/tea/cocoa and fixings (sugar/ creamer), spices, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, and a 2-burner stove. If there is anything you need, we are happy to provide anything we can. Pets: We have a tie-out available to safely enjoy being on the porch with you. Please pick up after them. We can provide food and water bowls, a clean bed and pet bedding for use to protect furniture. Please clean up in house accidents; we can get you more supplies if needed. You have the entire roomy downstairs, plus a lovely deck and grassy yard to watch the sunset with your dog. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood close to a number of trails and with easy access to the rest of Kanab. It is well and thoughtfully appointed ... everything you could need is already there. This was a perfect little property for the four of us to come back to after our adventures in the beautiful Utah desert. The space was cool, clean and welcoming with a lovely view of the mountains in a safe neighborhood! Irene was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with. She left snacks (which my hungry boys enjoyed) and a binder full of beautiful hiking opportunities! While we didn’t have any of our fur babies with us, they are pet friendly which is nice to see for those who get to travel with their pups. Very nice rental located on the lower floor of the residence. The owners are on site on the upper floor, but they were quiet and we didn't even notice they were there. They do have a dog, but other than the owners letting it into their backyard (guests do not have access to that), we hardly noticed it either. Owner responded fairly quickly when I texted her a message pertaining to arrival time.
